New adventures ahead! 🚀 Having build better futures with Minkowski, the many experts and clients, I’ve made the decision to embark on a new adventure. A big thank you to the team and the memories 🙏🏼 Where my new adventures will take place I’m currently exploring. Armed with design-driven innovation and futures thinking expertise, I love to explore the uncharted future and tackle complex innovation challenges. Always philosophizing on what value means. Always thinking human-centered. Always holistic. Always business savvy. Always tangible and practical. Curious to learn more about my story? How I can help your organization? Or do you know with whom I need to have a chat? Let’s grab a (virtual) coffee and have that inspiring chat! 🔥☕️
There is a time to say hello, and a time to say goodbye… 👋 One of our core team members, Stijn, is going to continue building better futures although in a new environment. While it's difficult to say goodbye, we are excited to see him spread the Minkowski way of working and futures thinking practice to uncharted territories. We are extremely curious as to what these future endeavors may entail, and are confident that they will be a success. Stijn, thank you for all your effort, dedication and enthusiasm over the years. Know that our door is always open for a coffee, a chat or anything else - because, once a Minkowski, always a Minkowski! With love, Team Minkowski #Team #Goodbye #BuildingBetterFutures

A great example of how working with Fractional PM's can lead to great results for both your product and the Fractional PM!
This has been a long time in coming! Jim Hardeman and I connected in March last year, and right away, I knew he'd be a perfect fit for Sembrar as a PM partner. It wasn't too long after that first introduction that the right opportunity came around, as we joined forces to work with Mark Gilbert and the team at Zocks. I can't say enough good about Jim and what I learned from him: 🌱 Be patient and diligent as you are doing research. If it isn't the right fit, don't force it. Something better is around the corner. 🌱 Make sure you enjoy the people that you are going to work with. Don't deal with jerks, if you do, find your exit quickly. 🌱 Work hard to create win/win scenarios. 🌱 Experience really does matter early in the product market fit stage. 🌱 Find people who work on Fridays and Mondays out of Campervans, they do great work! A huge thanks to Jim for an incredible six months as a Partner PM for Sembrar. Zocks, you've got a full-time gem now!

When my brother, Dr. Varun Garg and I started DocPlix, many skeptics questioned whether two brothers could effectively work together as co-founders. The concern was that any personal conflicts could disrupt our professional relationship and potentially lead to disaster. However, I strongly believe that our lifelong experience as co-conspirators, partners in crime, and confidants has prepared us for this venture. Our dynamic as co-founders is a perfect blend of aggression and composure. I am the aggressive one, always ready to make quick decisions and take bold actions. On the other hand, my brother possesses a calm and composed demeanor, meticulously weighing the pros and cons before reaching a conclusion. It's this stark contrast in our personalities that makes us a great team. Throughout our lives, we have tackled challenges together, whether it was during childhood games, mischievous adventures, or facing the wrath of our parents. We know how to navigate through tough situations, communicate effectively, and find common ground. Having grown up together, we understand each other's strengths, weaknesses, and quirks. This deep bond allows us to navigate disagreements and find mutually beneficial solutions. Trust and respect are the cornerstones of our relationship, enabling us to make decisions that benefit the company and our shared vision. In the end, it is our lifelong camaraderie and the ability to complement each other's personalities that make us confident in our roles as co-founders. Together, we are unstoppable, ready to face any challenge that comes our way. #founders #team #work #experience #respect

Hey, #BoldConversions community! 🚀 Neil Patel hit the nail on the head. Just because we've got the flashiest equipment doesn't mean clients will come knocking. It's like buying a sports car without learning to drive; it looks cool, but it won't get you far. 🏎💨 Luckily, this is a skill anyone can learn. You just have to know where to start. So here are 3 of the best resources

One of the things that we love at SOLID is seeing humans doing more, being more, making more of their time, and that's why we started the Human Acceleration Program way back in the day. It feels like an appropriate #ThrowbackThursday to share, since soon we're going to be building more SOLID futures! Watch this space as we take in our next HAP recruits!

We asked our members in RevOps what the most mind-boggling challenge is that they've faced lately, here are some answers from our bravest RevGeniuses: - Helping founders realize when they've attempted to scale too early with too many unknowns (or thought-they-knew-but-hadn't-proved) - Testing and refining our business strategy while having to execute a plan with over 100% year-on-year growth - Forecasting this economic slump. Working hard across multiple models to give us guidance and guardrails around it. What's keeping you up at night? Drop it below and let's get you connected to another member that can help!
